SIZING GUIDE: Carefully measure around your dog's neck where the collar would sit and choose that size collar. Do not guess at the size based on the dogs last collar. Cece Kent collars are designed to fit the chart sizes with some additional space for your dog's comfort. If your dogs neck size in the cross over range, choose the smaller collar unless you feel the dog will grow into the larger size. CALL US IF YOU ARE NOT SURE.

1. Your order will be shipped from the manufacturers warehouse within 2 business days of your order. All Cece Kent products are shipped via insured standard ground service. You may request faster shipping and pay the actual shipping charges.

2. Returns are allowed within 60 days if product is unused in the original packaging and returned prepaid. There is a restocking fee of 15% on items returned for reasons other than manufacturers defect (exchanges permitted only for damaged or defective product). CECE KENT stands behind the quality of its products and guarantees they are free from damage and defects. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt to qualify for waived restocking fee. 3. In the unlikely event that the item you order is not in stock, we will inform you via return email as soon as possible about the status of your order. If you desire, we will ship your order as soon as stock is reinstated. If you do not want to wait for your out of stock item please advise and we will cancel that portion of your order.
