NOTES:

1. Your order will be shipped from the West Paw Design facilities in approximatey 2 business days from your order. We will notify you via email when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number. All West Paw Design products are shipped via FedEx standard ground service.

2. Returns are allowed within 60 days if product is unused in the original packaging and returned prepaid. There is a restocking fee of 15% on items returned for reasons other than manufacturers defect or exchange. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt to qualify for waived restocking fee. We fully guarantee West Paw Design products against defects in material and workmanship. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for complete details.

3. In the unlikely event that the item you order is delayed by the manufacturer, we will inform you via return email as soon as possible about the status of your order. If you desire, we will ship your order as soon as the delay is corrected. If you do not want to wait for your item please advise and we will cancel and refund that portion of your order.

4. Sorry, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the lower 48 USA.

Join the Loop™ is a recycling program for many of West Paw Design's products. It is a closed loop recycling program where we are able to collect certain products from our customers and recycle them back into a new toy or pet apparel... again and again indefinitely. Of course, West Paw's high quality of products will give you years of good use before ever needing to return them for recycling - but West Paw Design is taking the steps today so that when you are finished with your toys, beds, and apparel - you can simply send them to us for recycling instead of throwing them into a landfill.

What can be returned for recycling in the Join the Loop™ program?
Currently West Paw Design is able to accept:

Zogoflex^® is West Paw Design's exclusive material that's made in the USA. Zogoflex^® is a super durable, extremely pliable material that's tough, buoyant, non-toxic, and guaranteed to last! This incredible high-tech material is used to make our Huck, Hurley^®, Tux™ and Zisc^®. Not only does this material make fun, durable toys for dogs, but it is also recyclable.
You never need to throw away (unless you're playing fetch) a Zogoflex^® toy. If the toy is at the end of its life, please send it back to be recycled. We offer a one time replacement or refund guarantee. So please feel free to take advantage of this great program and get a free replacement! If you've already received your free replacement - you can still continue to return more Zogoflex toys for recycling too!

How do I return the acceptable products listed above?
All you need to do is send the item(s) back to West Paw Design, and we will cover the recycling costs!
