1.  Your order will be shipped from the manufacturers facilities in approximatey 2 weeks from your order.  We will notify you via email when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number.  All Vurv Design products are shipped via FedEx standard ground service.    

2.  As noted earlier, this bed is made to your order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to check the dimensions image carefully to make sure your small dog will fit comfortably. (The dimensions image is to the left with the other images) 

3.  In the unlikely event that the item you order is delayed by the manufacturer, we will inform you via return email as soon as possible about the status of your order.  If you desire, we will ship your order as soon as the delay is corrected.  If you do not want to wait for your item please advise and we will cancel and refund that portion of your order.
