NOTES:

1.  Your order will be shipped from the Mr. Herzher's facilities in approximatey 2 business days from your order.  We will notify you via email when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number.  All Mr. Herzher's products are shipped via FedEx standard ground service.    

2.  Returns are allowed within 60 days if product is unused in the original packaging and returned prepaid.  There is a restocking fee of 15% on items returned for reasons other than manufacturers defect.  Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt to qualify for waived restocking fee. We fully guarantee Mr. Herzher's products against defects in material and workmanship.  Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for complete details.

3.  In the unlikely event that the item you order is delayed by the manufacturer, we will inform you via return email as soon as possible about the status of your order.  If you desire, we will ship your order as soon as the delay is corrected.  If you do not want to wait for your item please advise and we will cancel and refund that portion of your order.

4.  Sorry, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the lower 48 USA.
