These mats utilize our eco fabric, milled in the USA with 85% to 100% of the fabric comprised of IntelliLoft^® fibers - post consumer recycled plastic, better known as soda-pop bottles. Extra layer of cushion is made from 61% recycled IntelliLoft^® !

1. Your order will be shipped from the West Paw Design facilities in approximatey 2 business days from your order. We will notify you via email when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number. All West Paw Design products are shipped via FedEx standard ground service.

2. Returns are allowed within 60 days if product is unused in the original packaging and returned prepaid. There is a restocking fee of 15% on items returned for reasons other than manufacturers defect or exchange. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt to qualify for waived restocking fee. We fully guarantee West Paw Design products against defects in material and workmanship. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for complete details.

3. In the unlikely event that the item you order is delayed by the manufacturer, we will inform you via return email as soon as possible about the status of your order. If you desire, we will ship your order as soon as the delay is corrected. If you do not want to wait for your item please advise and we will cancel and refund that portion of your order.

4. Sorry, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the lower 48 USA. ShipitAPO® available for APO/FPO, US Territories, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Öko-Tex is a 3rd party ecological certifier that rigorously tests every part of the toys and beds for over 100 potentially harmful substances. From the fabric, thread, cushion, and zipper of a bed to the squeaker and bells in the toys, every element of the product is tested and certified safe. Ensuring that the cat and dog toys and beds in your home are 100% SAFE for your pets and the humans too!

The International Öko-Tex Association (also known as Oeko-Tex), headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, was founded in 1992 by the Austrian Textile Research Institute and the German Hohenstein Research Institutes. West Paw Design, feels that it is important to prove the safety, so that customers know without a doubt that there is nothing harmful (or even potentially harmful) in the products we sell.
