The Sleepypod is designed for use in the home and in the car. It is too large and comfy to fit under the seat on an airplane, but it is a perfect fit for the back seat of a car.

Care and Cleaning
The ultra plush interior is easily maintained with a quick vacuum or a dip in the washing machine. All other components can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Should the interior ever look less than its best, we do offer additional Ultra Plush Bedding to ensure your Sleepypod is as luxurious as the day you bought it.
Your Lucky Pet will feel at home in his or her new Sleepypod no matter where you travel.
For air travel, we offer the new Sleepypod Mini for pets up to 7 pounds.

Notes:
1. Your order will be shipped from the manufacturers warehouse within 2 business days of your order. All Sleepypod products are shipped via UPS standard ground service.
2. In the unlikely event that the item you order is not in stock, we will inform you via return email as soon as possible about the status of your order. If you desire, we will ship your order as soon as stock is reinstated. If you do not want to wait for your out of stock item please advise and we will cancel that portion of your order.
3. Returns are allowed within 60 days if product is unused in the original packaging and returned prepaid. There is a restocking fee of 15% on items returned for reasons other than manufacturers defect. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt to qualify for waived restocking fee. We fully guarantee Sleepypod products against defects in material and workmanship. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for complete details.
4. All Sleepypod products have a limited 5 year warranty by the manufacturer. You must keep your receipt.
5. Sorry, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the lower 48 USA. ShipitAPO® available for APO/FPO, US Territories, Hawaii, and Alaska.
