1.  Your Kittypod product will be shipped from the manufacturers facilities in approximatey 2 to 4 days from your order and generally take 1-2 weeks for delivery.  We will notify you via email when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number.  

2.  Kittypod products usually are shipped via UPS standard ground service but may arrive on another carrier in certain cases.  

3.  Kittypod guarantees this products against defects. We are not responsible for shipping damage.  Please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy for shipping damage.  In the event of a manufacturer defect, the defective item will be reviewed by Kittypod and exchanged for same product only. Otherwise, items are non-refundable in order to protect against the spread of animal disease. Customers must give advance notice for any returns.  Please refer to our Shipping and Return policy to obtain an RMA # prior to return shipment which shall be handled on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, we will pay the shipping fee for replacement of a defective product.  Return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of item in the same condition it was received and with original packaging. Repair kits may also be provided.  You may need to provide supplementary packing materials if the container has been damaged during the original shipment to you. We are not responsible for return item damages if item is shipped in any other packaging. 

4.  In the unlikely event that the item you order is not in stock, we will inform you via return email as soon as possible about the status of your order.  If you desire, we will ship your order as soon as stock is reinstated.  If you do not want to wait for your out of stock item please advise and we will cancel that portion of your order and refund your credit card.  

5.  Sorry, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the lower 48 USA.
